Christmas Raffle

The Tigers Christmas raffle was drawn at the Christmas Party on Sunday 3rd January 2010, the date was pushed back from Sunday 20th December to this date due to the bad weather cancelling the last football game before Christmas.

On behalf of the club I would like to thank all the parents, players & friends of the club who have bought or sold ticket(s) to support our football club.

The raffle has raised just over £600 which will help to keep the Football club and teams going providing essential funds to allow a number of children the opportunity to continue to play football and provided the players with the necessary resources to be able to develop and enjoy the beautiful game.

West Derby Tigers Vs Birbeck Boys

Tigers Beaten By The Boys & Miss Out On Semi Finals Of The Committee Cup

Tuesday saw a full strength Tigers squad take on Birbeck Boys in the quarter final of the Committee Cup, the Tigers were looking to beat Birbeck after losing to them in game the Tiger's totally dominated on their last meeting.

The pensive looking Tigers need a good talking to so they believed themselves they could beat Birbeck, after the first 10 minutes the game settled down, the ball and possession seem to go from one end of the middle of the field to the other with no clear opening or chances for either team.
